Return & Refund Policy
To maintain hygiene for all our customers we do not accept returns because of the nature of our products and sanitary reasons.
If the product arrived broken then an exchange or credit can be applied once the issue is verified by our team. You will be required to send product images stating the defect or cause of refund/exchange to email@example.com.
We offer return/replacement of products ordered within 7 calendar days from the day product delivers buyer.
All grievances and product disputes must be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
